My puppy's chin bump opened into a sore. Should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 20 days old | 8 lbs

My pit bull puppy around 10 weeks old had a bump on his chin and it opened up today into an open sore. No change in behavior or anything does he need to seen bu his vet?

Not seeing the sore, this would depend on the size of the sore. If it is a small one, up to 1/4 inch, you can just put some neosporin on it and monitor it and make sure it heals. If it does not start healing within a day or two or if it is getting bigger or if it is leaking pus or bleeding, then I suggest you have your veterinarian examine it.
