Help! My dog has white worms in poop. What are they and is it serious?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 6 months and 20 days old | 14 lbs

My dogs poop has thin white worms in it what are they. Is it serious? My other dog has really pink and hard nipples is that a cause from the worms too?

Those are roundworms which are easily treated with a product against gastrointestinal parasites that you can buy on prescription at your local veterinarian. Hard/swollen nipples cannot be caused by these parasites.
