Can I feed my 16-week-old kitten boiled chicken and diluted cow milk?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Female | unspayed

Is it ok to give boiled chicken and meat to a kitten of 16 weeks only for lunch and for break fast he should be given cat food and for dinner cat food along with cow milk(water added to dilute it)

It would ideally best to give good quality cat food for kittens as the diet would be more balanced and nutritionally complete to match all his needs. Cow milk is not necessary (even diluted) and can cause diarrhoea.
