My kitten is sick, vomiting, and can't poop. What can I do at home?

I may have found my culprit! Artemis, one of our roommate's kittens, just tried to poop in the cleaned box. She farted (oh boy did that stink) and only a little wetness come out. She covered it, but then she went and threw up twice. I think she has a blockage, as she also has not been eating nearly anything. Unfortunately I am not her caretaker so I can't take her to the vet and get her care, but I am worried about her. Is there something I can do at home to help until her owner gets home? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 22 days old | 3.9 lbs

Don't give Artemis any food, she can have water. Keep her quiet, and call your roommate to come home to take her into a vet now. If she does have a blockage, that is a medical emergency because it's fatal without treatment and time is of the essence. I hope this helps!
