Why is my cat peeing orange, lethargic, and not eating or drinking?

My cat Scruffy is having problems. He can’t seem to hold his urine in and it has an orange color to it and a strong odor. He has been lethargic and not eating or drinking much.

Scruffy could be suffering from idiopathic feline cystitis or bladder stones. It's very concerning that he has been lethargic as well as not eating or drinking much. Due to that, he should see a vet immediately. Please bring him into one now. Best of luck.
