My cat is overweight and is on diet food. He is severely itchy and has unbelievable dandruff. Is there anything that will help with the dandruff and the itch- like a special shampoo. Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Male | neutered | 5 years and 8 months old | 19 lbs
