My dog is weak, falling, not eating, and has bloody urine. What to do?

My dog is weak and not eating or drinking. She leans to her left side and can't stand up and walk and falls and can't get up. She also has blood in her urine. Please advise to what I should do.

All of those combined sound like a very serious issue that should be seen by a veterinarian in person immediately. Toxicity, neurologic issues, illness, vestibular issues, muscular problems, etc can all be potential causes, so it is best to seek help from a veterinarian in person or a local ER clinic ASAP.
