My dog has a soft, painless swelling near her vulva. What is it?

My dog has recently been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and on thyforon . She has last few days been off food . Tonight I found a swelling between vulva and leg . It is soft and does not hurt her . It might of been how she’s laid . I am going to vet tomorrow. Pet's info: Dog | Tibetan Terrier | Female | unspayed | 28.21 lbs
