Pet's info: Dog | Goldendoodle | Female | unspayed | 6 years old | 70 lbs
My dog has thrown up yellowish coloured vomit multiple times this morning and was gagging last night. This is very unusual for her as she rarely vomits. What is causing this? Thanks x

There could be a couple of reasons why Annie Mae is vomiting. It could be she has a serious GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, or could have pancreatitis. I see that she isn't spayed, and she could have a pyometra causing the vomiting. A pyometra is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. Because I can't see her in person to rule out a pyometra, I think the best thing is to take her into a vet immediately. Best of luck.
