Do King Shepherd breeders always mix German and Shiloh Shepherds?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

German shepherd x shiloh shepherd = king shepherd. King shepherd x king shepherd = king shepherd If someone was a breeder of a king shepherd will he have to breed german shepherds and shiloh shepherds or will they just have to breed king shepherds with king shepherds? Just asking for info.

If you breed King Shepherd X King Shepherd your puppies will look like this: Shiloh = S German Shepherd = G King = SG SG X SG gives SS SG GS GG So 25% of the puppies will look like a Shilo Shepherd 25% will look like a German Shepherd 50% w will look like a King Shepherd So you can do both Shiloh X German = 100% King King X King = 50% King 50% not King in phenotype Hope that helps
