Why is my dog drooling, has brown spots, and hot saliva?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 28 days old | 6.61 lbs

My dog is drooling for the past two days.I found some brown spots on his mouth and his saliva is hot.Why this happen so?.Is this have any treatment?.please give a detailed replay. Thanks.

Unfortunately, without seeing Tuttu it is hard to say what the drooling and brown spots mean. Drooling can be from an upset stomach, to something stuck in their mouth, to organ issues. I would recommend bringing him to a veterinarian to have him looked at. if you feel his saliva is hot I would have a temperature checked. if it is over 103 then that is a fever in dogs.
