My cat with a liver tumor is dizzy and dragging a leg. Emergency vet?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 13 years and 3 months old | 6 lbs

My cat has a diagnosed liver tumor. He has recently been having dizzy spells or something. He looks like those cats with neurological disorders, almost drunk-like. They normally pass quickly but last night he had another that hasn't stopped. He is dragging one back leg when he tries to move. It's Saturday. Do I find an emergency vet or wait until Monday? What's happening to him?

An immediate check up would be needed as these are possibly neurological signs (including dragging the leg) suggesting that the tumor may have spread already.
