Why is my cat in heat, hissing at males, and refusing to breed?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 29 days old | 3.307 lbs

Hello my cat is on heat so i brought a male for her but she is mating with him and keeps hissing at him male is trying i changed the male but still no response what could be the reason

If Alsa is hissing and not allowing the males to breed she may not truly be in heat. I’m guessing this is her first heat cycle - she could also be a bit immature at this point and it might be better to wait until the next cycle. If she did mate once but then started hissing at the next make it’s also possible that she’s pregnant now depending on the timing between.
