My puppy hit his head, eye swollen and discharging. What to do?

My 4 month old rescue pup his his head and the bump has sagged down to his eye, which is now swollen and discharging.. what can i do to help him? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered

I would recommend that you have Adam examined by a vet. It could be fluid or blood that is pooling, and it will often move down with gravity. There isn't much you can do until we know exactly what is going on. Discharge could be related to the swelling or it could be infection. Adam may need pain medications, but there are no safe human OTC medications that are safe for him.
