My 2-week puppy has yellow poop & belly spots. Is cow's milk safe?

Hi. I have a two week old puppy that's been pooping yellowish in semi liquid state. Have been feeding him cow's milk about 4-5 times. 50ml. Also, his belly has spots of irritation all over. Should I be worried? Gave 5 drops of Oflotas-OZ and 3 drops of Perinorm today.

Puppy stools can have a wide range of normal. Changes are often due to what they are eating or intestinal parasites. Cow's milk is not appropriate for puppies, you need to go to a pet store and get puppy milk replacer. The spots on his belly look normal in the picture, but they could also be caused by insect bites or puppy pyoderma, which often resolves on its own. A vet examination can tell you what is going on for sure. The vet can also test for intestinal parasites that aren't treated with over the counter dewormers, like pyrantel. I would discontinue the medications you are giving. I don't think Archie has a bacterial infection, and the perinorm can cause increased motility in the intestines which could cause an intussusception (a life-threatening condition). https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=4951456
