My dog has a swollen bump on her eyelid. When should I call a vet?

Hello! My dog recently got this bump on her eyelid and it’s swelled within the last couple of days. I haven’t been able to take her to the vet until pay day so I’m here in the meantime. It doesn’t seem to bug her. Any ideas what it could be? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed

It is hard to tell without a biopsy or a needle sample for examination under a microscope. That is probably what your vet will do when you take Peanut in. Sometimes masses that look like this are viral papillomas or benign skin growths, other times they can be aggressive soft tissue tumors. You can never say 100% without some diagnostic testing.
