Hello. I have been having problems training my puppy to pee on the pad since she can't go out on walks yet till next week after vaccination. I started to notice she doesn't stop to smell her pee after peeing like my other dog does. She just walks away.. is this normal?

2 months is extremely young, and Harley likely doesn't know what you expect from her. As for not sniffing, that is pretty normal for this age. Training to go on a puppy potty pad uses the same techniques as regular potty training, so it is best to work on a regular potty schedule like you would if you were taking her outside. Crate training can also help, however a 2 month old puppy likely can't hold it more than 1-2 hours at most.
