My parrot is sneezing, shedding feathers, and has mucus. What's wrong?

I have an Indian Ring Neck parrot and this morning I noticed that he was sneezing more than he normally does. Rather than just sneezing, mucus is also coming out and lately he has been shedding many feathers. Should I be concerned? Pet's info: Bird | Parrot | Male | 5 months and 8 days old | 7 lbs

Mucoid nasal discharge if typically an indication of an infectious or inflammatory process, probably in the upper respiratory tract.
