Why is my dog fearful and reclusive after being spayed yesterday?

My dog is acting fearful since I got her spayed yesterday. She’s usually very close and now she’s Reclusive. She’ll act like her regular self at some point but the slightest raise of my normal voice she scatters off and runs. I am concerned about her. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 40 lbs

That could be due to a mix between discomfort/pain and what she experienced yesterday at the practice where she was spayed.
