Why is my dog anxious, itching ears raw, and shaking when I leave?

My dog lucy has been very anxious here latley. Shes constantly itching her ears to the point of getting them bloody and raw. Also shakes uncontrollably when i leave. I dont know what more to do for her. I feel horrible. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 1 month old | 40 lbs

I would recommend that you have Lucy examined by a vet. Itchy ears isn't often a sign of anxiety, but it could indicate infection, which is easily treated. The skin in your picture also looks very irritated. The vet can figure out what is causing her to itchy so badly and recommend treatments to start. They can also discuss her separation anxiety and recommend supplements or medications that can help her while you are gone for the day.
