I have an 7 week old puppy with a mushy round bump above genitals and i’m freaking O U T! I hope it isn’t a hernia cause i spent already 2,000 on this dog and i don’t want to spend much more, i want him to be healthy I love this dog to death. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 20 days old | 15 lbs

Yes, this looks like a small umbilical hernia. They are fairly common and are generally closed up when the animal is spayed or neutered. Usually it’s nothing to be overly concerned about, but certainly should be repaired at some point. If it gets larger then I’m more concerned and you should have it examined and get your veterinarian’s recommendation.
