My dog snapped at a woolly caterpillar and vomited. Is it poisonous?

Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd | Male | neutered | 2 years and 4 months old | 16 lbs

My dog and I went on a walk and we came in contact with the big black Catapillar which I’ve looked yup and believe it’s a woolly Catapillar he did not eat it but he snapped of it not sure if he liked it or not we got home he immediately threw up or attempted to nothing came out now he’s acting fine should I be concerned are they toxic?

Woolly Catapillars actually aren't toxic at all. They can cause irritation to the skin of some humans (and presumably dogs) with their hairs. My guess is that the vomiting is unrelated, but if it continues, definitely get Cruz to a vet ASAP for evaluation.
