My female was discharging 2 days now. Shes been leaving brown drops, I check her temperature before I went to bed was 101. 4 hours later I go in check her and she pass a pup. The pup dint make it. I check her temperature again and its 102. I have already take her to the vet they did ultrasound n they said the puppies are fine. This the first time I delt with a discharge shes about 55 days or ahead. What do I do.

These are signs possibly related to a uterine infection/inflammation called pyometra. Personally I would start an antibiotic treatment (amoxycillin is harmless for puppies). If the discharge continue it may be worthy to discuss c -section.
