Why is my 9-month-old Boxer pooping small pieces while lying down?

I have a boxer about 9 months old.he has completely normal stool but even after a walk his stools comes out in every small pieces while he is lying down whole day. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | 7 months and 12 days old

It sounds like Simba could have fecal incontinence which can be a sign of a neurologic dysfunction. I would recommend having your vet examine Simba to help determine whether the nerves going to his rectum and anus seem normal.
