My puppy is fading and dehydrated. What to do if my vet is closed?

Help! We have a fading puppy!! She is extremely dehydrated!! What can I do? How do I make this honey solution? She doesnt swallow the Milk replacer. My vet doesnt answer. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 2 months old | 50 lbs

She is not expected to improve even if she was eating the honey solution necessarily. I highly recommend you consider having her evaluated by a veterinarian.
