Why is my dog losing weight, doing prayer pose, and having diarrhea?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Female | unspayed | 6 lbs
Has lost 2 or 3 lbs. in past month. Weighed 10-12 lbs. Sometimes prayer position. Good appetite. Has bowe movements like melted milk chocolate.

IT sounds as she is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, it could be a chronic infection, intestinal worms or something more serious such as IBD. you need to take her to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked and treated.
