My dog's stomach yeast infection is worse. Can I treat it at home?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 48 lbs

Dog had yeast infection on stomach and groun area. The vet gave me a topical spray to use on him but it seems to be just Getting worse and now it looks like he has rashes covering his whole stomach, I wanted to know if there was something I can do at home before I take him back to the vet and spend a lot of money.

I actually recommend taking Atlas back to the veterinarian. I would recommend oral antibiotics and a shampoo that you lather and let sit on his skin. Unfortunately, antibiotics are prescription, so your veterinarian has to prescribe it. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
