My English Bulldog puppy has a red lump in armpit. Is it cancer?

My puppy has a quarter size red raised ciricle in armpit. Could it be cancer? He is english bulldog

It would be very unusual for this to be cancer in a young dog. It sounds more like an irritated or infected area. I would clean it with antibacterial soap and apply a thin film of antibacterial ointment on it. If it gets bigger or isn’t gone in a few weeks then it’s time for a veterinary exam. They can do a skin scraping or cytology to diagnose what it is and then they can start the appropriate treatment.
