Why are my 3-week-old kittens' eyes bulging, shrinking, discharging?

I have 6, 3 weeks old kittens and for 3 of them, their eyes are bulging out and have white discharge. I don't know what to do. There are two kittens whose eyes appear to be shrinking and from what it looks, it seems like they are losing their eyesight. I am unaware of why this is happening all of a sudden. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 20 days old

Regardless, they need to see a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment as soon as possible as this is likely causing significant discomfort. They would be able to evaluate the eye and see what the functional condition of the eye is. They can make treatment recommendations based on that. Good luck and have a great day!
