My dog's hind leg clicks, has lumps, and he's limping. What's wrong?

My dog has a clicking sound when I flex his leg and lumps on the right back leg. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 10 years and 3 months old | 70 lbs

I would recommend taking Seamus to the veterinarian especially if he is limping on the hind leg. He could have a soft tissue injury like a ligament tear which would require pain meds and can require surgery. Your veterinarian can take a look to see what they believe has occurred.
