Dog on Simparica for mange: What topical solutions for skin scratches?

My dog is on Simparica to treat mange but which topical solutions would be appropiate to treat and help with the skin scratches? Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | spayed | 2 years and 7 months old

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Usually with antibiotics as most of the time there is a secondary infection present. If your veterinarian suspects a secondary infection, they could prescribe antibiotics. You can also use an e-collar to prevent self trauma. Good luck!
