is a puppy who had his first shot(at 45 days) safe from deseases like distemper and parvo until his next shot?

No, only after the second shot Tobi will be considered fully covered. There is the risk that the first shot won't be so effective due to the interference with the immunity given by the mother. I would recommend to have the second shot injected at least 4 weeks after the first one. There is the possibility that the immunity from the mother can interfere with the vaccination, that is part of the reason why the vaccine is usually repeated after 4weeks (and depending on the vaccination protocols even few months later). I would suggest not to expose your puppy to other dogs at least up to a week after the second vaccine. Typically vaccinations are given in a series of 3 or 4 for the distemper and parvo. I usually recommend avoiding dog parks or other areas where there are a lot of dogs until at least 1-2 weeks after the final vaccine to be on the safe side. Socializing is important still but the immunity to Parvo typically is not complete until the full series has been completed. I hope this helps!
