My cat is in heat, howling, and rolling. How can I calm her down?

Hello, my pet cat (9 months old) is not feeling well for past two days. On the very first day she was vocally active (howling type sound), on the second day she started rolling on the ground, making her pelvis abrupt and licking her private part. I surfed over net and came to know about it to be estrus cycle. What should I do to calm her? I can't bear her in such situation. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year old
