My cat has swollen eyes and hair loss after moving. Is it allergies?

Hi. I just moved to a new house and my cat was fine then the next day her eyes were very swollen and red and leaking clear fluids im not sure if she has any allergies or not Shes recently started loosing hair on her back and has no signs of fleas

She should see her veterinarian tomorrow to have her eyes addressed. You can ask about her hair loss as well. Stress can cause an increase in shedding which could have been brought on by your move.
