My dog has skin bumps all over. Why isn't allergy spray working?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 8 years and 8 months old | 75 lbs

My dog is getting these kind of lesions all over his body, he has these two now, on his leg and on his left side of his ribs. Ive been to a vet before and said it was some type of allergy but the spray im putting is not working. Please help me as to what can help

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! These could be benign or malignant growths. This could even be an infection either bacterial or fungal in nature. There is no way of knowing for sure without an examination though this represents a reason to seek veterinary care. This is usually determined with an examination and a fine needle aspirate (FNA) or a biopsy. Treatment depends on the findings up to that point. I recommend you have Kingston evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a good day!
