What's this bluish-grey bump under my bulldog's skin near her vulva?

My America bulldog has a blueish grey bump under the skin on her vulva what could this be. In the photo it is on left side half way down picture. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog (duplicate) | Female | unspayed | 5 years and 10 months old | 100 lbs

There is no way of knowing for sure without an examination though this represents a reason to seek veterinary care. This is usually determined with an examination and a fine needle aspirate (FNA) or a biopsy. Treatment depends on the findings up to that point.
