Now, and recently I checked her teeth and I saw her teeth is crooked and is not equal with the bottom jaw. She was breathing pretty hard. Is it because of the teeth? Is bar chewing bad for hamsters?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Heavy breathing is unlikely to be due to her teeth. Bar chewing is not good in general so it is a good idea to maintain enough things inside of the cage that they can safely chew on. If you are concerned about how she is doing at this time, I would recommend that you have her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a great day!
