Is it safe to clean dried blood near my dog's spay incision after 12 days?

My dog was spayed 12 days ago. She has some dried blood around her spay site (she has a vaginal infection a vet is treating with antibiotics) is it safe now to clean the area with a damp cloth? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 48 lbs

We normally recommend waiting 2 weeks after surgery before bathing/getting the incision wet. If you are just cleaning the area next to the incision with a cloth this would be ok, but I wouldn't clean the actual incision itself for two more days to play it safe.
