My dog just had puppies, can I use a heating pad to help keep them warm? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed

There is no need for a heating pad. Mama does a great job keeping the temperature just perfect for the babies. There is a danger that if you use a heating pad under the puppies the temperature may be too high and hurt the puppies.
