My dog has a nose bump and keeps running into things. Is it serious?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 9 days old | 10 lbs

Hi my name is Deborah. I’m nervous about this bump she has on her nose but she isn’t in pain and she does run into things hard , so I’m not sure if it’s something serious or not. I would just like confirmation that she is okay and an explanation ! I attached 2 images displaying her nose.

I would recommend bringing Blaze to a veterinarian. The bump needs to be examined in person by a veterinarian to fully evaluate it and determine what it is. I am concerned that she runs into things. When you state she runs into things is it from her playing? Or does she seem like she cannot see? This can be from trauma but she should get a full physical examination.
