My cat is coughing, hunched, lethargic, and lost her meow. What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

Hi, my kitty has been a little sick for a while, she tends to sit still while being hunched up and tries to cough something up with no success, she also seems to lay around more than usual and when she tries to play or run she has to stop for a bit to try to cough something. She lost her voice 4 days ago and her nose is a bit wet too since this morning, I'm worried and won't be able to take her to the vet until tomorrow, any tips to help her?

It's possible Mineva has something ongoing such as a respiratory infection, kitty asthma, a heart or lung issue, etc so it is good you are bringing her to your vet as soon as you can. In the meantime, keeping her nose and eyes clear of any debris can help make breathing easier, as well as limiting her activity if moving and playing causes an episode. Making sure she is still eating and drinking is also a good idea. If she becomes very painful, has trouble breathing and is in distress, or her gums become very pale or blue, this is a sign the issue is more serious and should be seen by an ER vet or your vet sooner.
