My puppy can't sleep. Can I use catnip to calm him at night?

Can I use cat nip as a way to calm my puppy? He has a tough time faling asleep at night.

You can use it safety wise but it will not have any effect on your puppy. just like babies, puppies wake up a lot at night and it is absolutely normal, you should nit give him anything to make him sleep at his age.
