Why is my new kitten not eating, moving, and breathing strangely?

My recently adopted kitty doesn't eat nor move a lot.....its breathing is too fast and heavy ..... The kitty's breathing smells bad and its eyes are unfocused. Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female

However, it does sound like Sally may be having gastrointestinal or respiratory issues, among other possibilities.
