Why is my stray cat sick, not eating, losing weight, and skin stiff?

I found a stray cat..its sick..ate only biscuit and chicken till yesterday..fed it whiskers kitten food..but it has stopped eating now..only drinks water..weight is too low..its skin has become stiff on its head.. Pet's info: Cat | Asian | Male | unneutered

He is probably suffering from severe mange, he could possibly be suffering from some other infection as well, you will need to take him to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked and treated, he will need several injections in order to treat these conditions.
