My dog with heart failure took double Spironolactone. Is she safe?

My cavalier weighing 9 kg has CHF. She is on 2.5mg vetmedin twice a day, 20mg furomicide twice a day & Spironolactone 25mg once a day. This evening I gave her Spironolactone 50mg by accident. This was with her usual vetmedin 2.5mg, 20mg furomicide & 2.5mg furtokor. Will she be Ok? Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Female | spayed | 10 years old | 20 lbs
