Hi ever since my dog had her first heat 6 months ago, her teats never went back to normal. She has a enlarged teats that looks like she had puppies before, but never she got expose to any male dogs or pregnant. She’s 1 year and 6 months now and after her heat her teats never went back flat and it used to have some milk that comes out when I squeeze them. Please help and thanks lots.
