My cat sneezes at home but not on vacation. Is it allergies?

Recently my cat of 10 years old has been sneezing for a few months. I took her to the vet got her on pills for around 3 months and it came back. Although, what’s strange to me is that I took her on vacation with me to see family in the midwest about a few days ago and she didn’t sneeze at all. But, now that we are both back in the east coast she is starting to sneeze again. What could this possibly be? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 13 lbs
