My dog's recurring oozing skin bumps stump vets. Is it lymphoma?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 11 years and 8 months old

12 yr old f/s apbt presents with "hives" all over body. Over 2 months, Keflex & Clindamycin given which took care of most hives then sporatucally popped back up & 2 have liberated & oozed w/ yellowish d/c. Neopredif powder plugged oozing but p stretched area & is taken over L shoulder region. Looks infected ah. FNA detected nothing abnormal & LDDS test ruled out Cushing's. Vets r scratching their heads & now think its cutaneous lymphoma. Can be anything else? H20 intake ⬆ & am bumps come & go

Based on previous diagnostics I would proceed with a biopsy ( a larger sample) as well as a culture and sensitivity. If there is growth on the sample, I would proceed with a longer duration of antibiotics as indicated. It may be worthwhile in the interim to start a low dose of steroids to reduce any inflammatory/allergic response, but I would only start after collecting a good biopsy and culture. This could be an infection, but it is also possible that it is a type of neoplasia like lymphoma or mast cell and a larger sample is likely needed to determine.
