Why does my hyper pit bull fall and stiffen like a fainting goat?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 75 lbs

I have a pit bull who is a little over 1 year old, when he is extremely hyper he will fall and get still like a fainting goat. He usually gets up after about 30 seconds and is perfectly fine. It has happened 4 times now. last time this morning playing with a new puppy i got him.

It's possible Duke is having some sort of seizure, muscular or other neurologic issue if he suddenly stiffens, falls over, or otherwise seems to be fainting. Since this has happened multiple times for him, I would recommend a complete checkup by your vet including bloodwork and neurologic exam to rule out anything more serious and get Duke feeling better. Your vet may also recommend a referral to a neurologist if something apparent can't be found.
