Is my dog in heat if she has light pink discharge but no swelling?

I think Luna got her period she has almost all symptoms a Except swollen vagina? Does this mean she isn't in heat also the blood was a light pink color she is licking the area and my male dog is. Humping her is she in heat or no

If Luna has a blood tinged discharge and your male dog is showing an increased interest in her, it is likely she is in heat and possible just very early stages and this is why her vulva isn't swollen. If, however, you think it is possible the blood could be in her urine/she is having urinary accidents/asking to pee more frequently then a vet visit is recommended.
